Kelsey Ayers is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Walden University, a CACREP-accredited program, with a strong commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth. As she pursues her graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Kelsey combines evidence-based knowledge with genuine compassion to support clients in their healing journey.


Kelsey works with both children and adults, recognizing that individuals of all ages benefit from having a safe, supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment. She approaches each client with empathy, curiosity, and respect, understanding that every person’s experiences, strengths, and path to wellness are unique.


Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, a collaborative and non-directive model that honors each client as the expert on their own life. Kelsey strives to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful to them.


Kelsey has a particular interest in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. She is passionate about helping clients identify their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and build the tools needed to regain a sense of balance, confidence, and well-being.
