Tim Parks is a Counseling Intern pursuing his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Bradley University. He is dedicated to helping clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.


Tim’s professional journey reflects a longstanding commitment to supporting others. After earning a B.A. in History from the University of Mississippi and working as a middle school teacher, he was inspired to pursue counseling through his collaboration with school counselors. He previous employment includes working at Trillium Place as a Recovery Support Specialist, providing crisis support and community resource guidance through the Living Room and CORS programs.


Tim works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, adjustment challenges, and developmental concerns. His therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing within a client-centered framework. He believes clients are the experts in their own lives and works collaboratively to help them identify strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve their personal goals.
